Milk from the farm
One of our first ever article on OUTSIDE THE BOX was meant to make you discover the beauty of local Swiss farms and the magic of Milch Automat and other food vending machines.
After some time off, as we were not sure the milk from the machine was pasteurised before selling it, we are back at the farm and looking into making our fridge a little more zero-plastic, local again. Needless to say it's been great to be back and support our neighbourhood farm, as we bought also some home-made apricot jam (best of the best). We checked how this year's calves are fed, sai hello to the goats and got some cuddles from the kittens around.
Two days later we are already out of milk...
